This Privacy Policy applies to all Services provided on the VIB AI official website and related pages, features, or content we operate. By accessing or using the Services you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

• Wallet login: When you connect a crypto wallet, we record your wallet address and token type to authenticate you and to deliver rewards.

Transaction & rewards information

Records of rewards, airdrops, staking rewards, and any transfers we send to your connected wallet. We do not track unrelated on-chain balances or wallet holdings beyond what is necessary to operate the Services and deliver rewards.

Reward Accounting Information

• Records of point balances, USD balances, conversion records between points and USD, and withdrawal or redemption requests.

The conversion ratio between points, USD, and USD is determined by the Platform and may be adjusted from time to time. Points and USD do not represent fiat currency, stored value, or a guaranteed equivalent, and their value may fluctuate or be discontinued.

• Records of reward-related exchange ratios or system parameters applied at the time of conversion, for accounting and audit purposes only.
• This information is used solely to operate reward distribution, conversion, redemption, and user account displays within the Services.

Staking & Guild-Related Information

• Information related to user staking activities, including staking amounts, lock-up status, staking periods, reward calculations, and unstaking status.
• Information related to guild participation, including guild identifiers, creator wallet addresses, membership relationships, and aggregated staking or reward data associated with a guild.
• These records are used solely to operate platform features such as staking, guild participation, reward distribution, and system integrity.

All staking, unstaking, and reward-related transactions are initiated by users through their own connected wallets and require explicit user authorization via wallet signatures. VIB AI does not custody user assets, does not control private keys, and cannot initiate transactions on behalf of users.

Device & usage information

• Device and technical data such as device model, operating system, browser type, IP address, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage data including pages and features you interact with, timestamps, and session activity to operate and improve the Services.

Communication data

Email open/click data for authentication-related messages (e.g., verification codes). We do not send promotional emails without consent.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from third-party services (for example identity verification or analytics providers). We may combine such data with information we collect directly.

Automatically collected data

Cookies, log files and similar technologies may automatically collect information about your visit and interactions (see Cookies section below).

You are not required to provide personal information to use the Services; however, some features (e.g., receiving rewards, staking, or participating in guilds) require a wallet connection or an email for login.

On-Chain Data Transparency

Transactions conducted on public blockchains are inherently transparent and immutable. Information recorded on-chain (such as wallet addresses, transaction hashes, staking transactions, and transfers) is publicly available and cannot be modified, hidden, or deleted by VIB AI.

When you request deletion of your personal information, we can delete or anonymize off-chain data stored in our systems (such as account associations, usage logs, and analytics), but we cannot delete or alter data that exists on the blockchain.

Access, Correction and Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (including email, wallet associations, guild-related records, and usage data) by contacting us at official@vibai.com. We will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 days. Security

Once you request deletion of your personal information, we will remove off-chain personal data from our systems and cease further storage, subject to legal or compliance requirements.
